Mark your calendar for Saturday May 7, 2005 for "Treasures of the Community Benefit - Auction, Dinner, Dance", inspired by Luke 12:34 "For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be." This was a sold out gala event last year that went beyond anyone’s expectations in raising money for LaRomana Mission, Interfaith Hospitality Network and First Church outreach programs. You can be part of this exciting event again. Please network with family and friends and think creatively in terms of donating items and services. The ideas for possible contributions are endless. . . health and wellness – reiki, massage, and spa certificates; personal services - plowing, handyman, estate planning; restaurants and stores gift certificates; event and sports tickets and memorabilia; vacation property rentals; antiques, quilts and heirlooms; sailing, fire truck and airplane rides; piano concerts, home cooked meals and more. Everyone has a little something of value to contribute! There are so many other opportunities to support "Treasures of the Community Auction" – volunteer to help on a subcommittee, solicit and/or purchase an ad in the catalogue, buy a ticket and join in the evening’s fun! Remember, this charitable auction . . .
Thank you in advance for your support!
