Meet Our Staff
| Jonathan Wright-Gray, our Senior Pastor, is known for his warm, pastoral style, insightful sermons and musical ability. A graduate of Gordon Conwell and Andover Newton seminaries, he has been with the church since 1980. He guided the church through a capital campaign and building project completed in 1998, a major committee reorganization in 2000, and served as president of the Worcester County Ecumenical Council. During his tenure, church programming has expanded in many directions, particularly in the area of outreach ministries. His ordination is with the American Baptist Churches; he also has official standing with the United Church of Christ, and a relationship with the Unitarian Universalist Association. He is married to the Rev. Shantia Wright-Gray and they have three grown children.

Ronna Archbold has served as Organist and Music Director since 1983, blending her musical avocation with a full time career in sales. Through her warm, person-centered approach, she has helped the church adapt to changing musical styles and involved many people in our music program.

Ingrid Holmes has been Sunday School Director since 1992. An elementary school teacher, she brings her educational expertise to the task of supervising an extensive church school program for all ages from pre-school to grade 8. Along with her husband, Willy, she has three children.

Helen Hill became the church's Administrative Assistant in 1995, filling a varied role that includes being a receptionist, scheduling church building use, and producing church publications. She and her husband, Bob, have two sons.
