Fellowship Board
Mission:
To coordinate and promote the development of activities and programs that encourages relationships and strengthens the sense of community within our church family.
Membership:
Eight members elected at the annual meeting with at least one member from each currently viable constituent society from slate of nominees recruited by Nominating Committee.
Activities and Operations:
Communication |
- Publish Spirelite
- Support Spirelite committee.

Social/Fund Raising |
- Plan, organize, and oversee annual church fair.
- Plan, organize and operate other church social events and fund raisers.
- Arrange coffee hour set-up and clean up each week.

Membership |
- Welcome newcomers and cultivate prospective church members.
- Integrate new members into church life.
- Maintain member nametags.
- Coordinate and publish church directories and church picture directories.

Parish Care |
- Support Caregivers and Caring and Sharing programs (meals visitation and assistance to church families.
- Arrange flowers for Sunday worship services and other church events.

Fellowship Programs |
- Support Sterling Community Theatre and coordinate with the Outreach Board on SCT activities.
- Coordinate and promote other activities such as church suppers, canoe and camping trips, Dine with Nine, Reiki etc.
